I called to place an order as opposed to online so that I could question the return policy. The store was 50 miles away, yet they shipped from across country at a much higher cost, then tell me that they will not pay for the return shipping or the shipping on the next order. (after being reassured on the telephone otherwise) I feel cheated and decieved at the cost of fifty bucks.

I would like to add that it was not my first transaction with the company and my intent was to order a higher priced rug, the gal on the phone was aware of that.
